Stay Light, Stay Bright!

     This week has not been a good one for me.  I've been sick and not in the best mood, so I didn't really give any thought to my blog.  So I just cut and pasted some stuff because I didn't want you guys to be left with nothing.
      My apologies everyone.  I'll have something better for you next week! :-)





FOOD
    
"If you're not sleepy after you eat, then you're not doing it right."



FITNESS
    
     Today wasn't a great one for me, but I decided to do what I could at the gym anyway.  I pretty much gave up in the middle of my work out.  I was just too tired and not in the mood.  But the most important part was that I went.  Even if you exercise for five minutes, it's better than nothing at all.
     Even on your worst days you can fit in some kind of activity.  It's worth it!  You'll feel better for it!



 WRIGHTING/LITRITURE
     I had some difficulties reading growing up.  I wasn't the greatest at it, and I'm still not.  But a good exercise for better reading and comprehension, (assuming you have the same issues I do,) is to read out loud to your self.  It feels silly, but it helps so much with pronunciation and even spelling.
     Anytime you're reading alone, read at least a paragraph out loud.  Take your time to sound out the words and understand what you're reading a little bit better.






HUMOR
     Find time to laugh at your self.  Life shouldn't be taken so seriously.  There's a story of a man who literally laughed him self free of cancer.  I think we can laugh our selves free stress and sadness!
